Tuesday, February 19, 2008Monday, February 11, 2008Sign of the Times....from the time we opened the meatshop in may 2007 up to christmas time, we didn't raise the prices of pork. since the start of the year, we've raised it three times!!! is this a sign of things to come??? are we pricing ourselves out of the market??? i hope not!!! one consolation though, our new prices are still lower than wet market prices.
