Ominous signs.....Part 1

Legal to drive.....finally!!!

finally, after almost a year of holding an expired driver's license, jon had his license renewed at the LTO (Land Transportation Office) branch in Makati where i also have my license renewed last december!!!

this means that nini won't be nervous anymore when jon drives her car!!! Hehehehehehehe.

After Lunch Session.... then a Swim

we had our next lap top session after lunch.... i wonder when this will be replaced by a mah jong session??? hehehehehehe.

then off we went to the Merville pool for a swim (miguel, nini, and jon) or just hang around the place (bebeloi, cora, and i).

lunch today was quite lazy..... and perfectly yummy!!!

this was topped off with three choices for dessert: palitaw (boiled rice cake covered with grated coconut meat, moscovado sugar, and sesame seeds); saging na saba bananacue (saba banana deep fried in hot vegetable oil with caramelized sugar); and turon (saba banana wrapped in flour lumpia wrapper and deep fried in hot vegetable oil with caramelized sugar)!!!

for lunch, we were joined by vicente, a brother-in-law of nini, rob, and bebeloi's.

A Visit to the Meat Shop....

after breakfast, we hopped on to bebeloi's innova and decided to visit the Monterey meat shop at Merville to have a look and see. we were also able to talk to their cashier as well as their butcher and ask them more info on how to run a meat shop.

After-Dinner Session....

after dinner, we each sat in our own little corner and keyboard tapped the night away.... blogging, formatting pics, playing text twist, chatting online, teaching others how to format emails, playing video games, etc!

Another Saturday Night Dinner.....

it's Saturday night once again and we're spending it at Nini's again. for starters, we had a sumptous dinner with the rest of the group except for rob who's in boracay attending a wedding this weekend.
