that's great sangko~ applause*** you can now publish a book with step by step pictures..."Tea for DUMMIES" lols
Is that the basic tea preparation? Is that the same way you make the other types of teas? or just with the longjin?
"Tea for Dummies by a Dummy"??? hehehehehehe that is the basic tea preparation....also done for other teas. however, some teas require additional steps.
Absolutely facinating! Thank you SO MUCH for posting these!
thank you for dropping by....i really appreciate it....and i'm glad to be of help!
jon and you are now both gurus: jon is the bloguru and you the teaguru. it's nice to know new things even at 50. yehey. hehehe.
nina, not really a ritual but a common way of preparing Chinese tea.... it's not as "ritualistic" as the Japanese Tea Ceremony...
and yes! we've had that tree since nov 1, 2006. we, here at home, have made it a tradition to put up our Christmas tree on the first day of November.....to fill our home with the joys, happiness, anticipation, & hopes of the holidays as early as possible!!!
oh by the way, that is not a real tree....we don't have real pine trees here in tropical Manila....that is a faux Christmas tree which we've had for two years now. we're hoping to use this tree for several years and keep up the tradition of putting it up on November 1st each year, for as long as the tree still looks good!!!
