Mandaluyong City Day




for this event, we were divided into 3 teams.... the red team, the white team, and the blue team. the first part of the marathon was a competition among the teams performing different moves using the same music. this was folowed by a low impact aerobics; then a modern dance fusion; and lastly, a latin dance fusion.

awards were given to deserving teams and individuals.


we truly had a great workout this morning!!!

One of the dances seems to look like the Itaktak Mo dance. Alam mo na pala iyon!
