The Answer....

Remember this? I asked a while ago if you can guess what this is.... well, it's actually the meat of ripe tamarind fruits that have been pitted, dried, and compressed with red hot chili added.

As you bite into several pieces of this, your palate is attacked with the fusion of fruity sour and sweet tastes.... with further chewing, the pieces combine to form a chewing gum type candy.... as you swallow, the spicy hot taste kicks in.

This is a product of Thailand and lately, has been my favorite snack while in front of the pc.
