April 16 to 18, our staff at the neighborhood meatshop (nms) and i attended the last 3 days of lectures for the meat retailing training conducted by Monterey. while waiting for our own nms to open, we continue to do store immersion training at Monterey nms's in Katipunan & Marcelo.
